If you've previously purchased a We Heart It subscription and need to restore it on your device, this guide will help you. The steps differ slightly depending on whether you use an iOS or Android device.
Please ensure you're logged in with the same Apple or Google Play ID you used to purchase your We Heart It subscription. If unsure which email address was used, you can check your purchase history in the App Store or Google Play Store.
iOS Devices
- Tap the Premium button on the home screen of the We Heart It app.
- Tap the "Restore" button at the bottom of the subscription screen.
- Close the We Heart It app and then reopen it. This should allow the app to recognize your purchase and activate the features you paid for.
Android Devices
- Tap the Premium button on the home screen of the We Heart It app.
- Tap the "Restore" button at the bottom of the subscription screen.
- Close the We Heart It app and then reopen it. This should allow the app to recognize your purchase and activate the features you paid for.
If the above steps do not restore your purchase, try uninstalling and reinstalling the We Heart It app. After reinstalling, follow the steps above to restore your purchase.
