Trial Period

Is anything charged during the trial period?

No, we do not charge at all during the free trial.

The We Heart It Premium annual subscription comes with a free 3-day trial. You can opt out of the free trial by canceling anytime during the 3 days, and you won’t be charged. Once your 3-day trial ends, you will be charged $19.99 / Year of Premium access.

Do I need to pay for every device?

No, the Premium annual subscription is only charged once per account, not per device. All you need to do is make sure you are logged into the same account on all devices so it recognizes your subscription status.

How do I change my payment information?

• iOS: If you subscribed from our iOS app, you can update your billing information in your device’s settings.
• Android: If you subscribed from our Android app, you can update your payment method on Google Play.
• Desktop: If you subscribed from our website, you can change your billing information by following these steps:

Yes, if you purchase We Heart It premium on your iOS or Android app you can access the Premium features on the website as long as you are signed in to the same account.

How can I cancel my subscription?
